We will always endeavour to pack and dispatch your skin care supplies within one business day of receiving payment, but occassionally, during busy times, there may be a delay of one or two days.
The majority of cosmetics orders are sent via IPEC, with a one to seven day delivery timetable depending on your location. IPEC will forward a consignment note email to you, allowing tracking of your order. Should we note another of the transport companies we use can provide you with a better service, we may choose to use them to deliver your order.
As charges vary dependant upon location and weight, we will manually calculate your freight upon reciept of your order, and email you through the total invoice with payment methods attached.
